  12. After receiving your order, our team will contact you on WhatsApp within 24 hours to confirm product availability, answer your queries, and share payment details.

  16. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once your order is confirmed, the agreed price will remain unchanged.

  23. Our Banarasi sarees are handcrafted by skilled artisans.


  25. Due to the handmade nature of the products, slight variations in weaving, motifs, or color may occur.

  29. Orders are generally dispatched within the committed processing time after payment confirmation.

  30. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer's location and courier service.

  33. Returns are not accepted once an order has been delivered.


  35. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. Eligible cases may be exchanged after verification.
